While the Roadrunner email is now widely known as spectrum webmail, its email addresses are still available for use.   • Once you are logged in to your Roadrunner email account, go to the Account Management page of your account. Here, you will be able to change the password of your Roadrunner email account.
  • In case you don’t remember the password, you will need to click on the “I don’t’ know my email password” option. This will direct you to enter your email address. Enter the email address in the provided field, select the checkbox next to I’m not a robot option, and click on the Submit

  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):com
  • Outgoing Server – SMTP port: 587*

NOTE: If you are able to receive emails, but you are unable to send them on your mobile device, it is recommended to use the Outgoing SMTP server and port of your phone carrier.

  • Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter your complete email address
  • Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as WebMail)
  • SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Selected

Using these IMAP settings, you can easily configure your Roadrunner email account on different devices. However, if you have configured your account with POP settings, make sure you have entered the information correctly. You can verify your POP settings using the following information.

  • Account Type: POP or POP3
  • Incoming Mail Server: com
  • Incoming Server – POP3 port: 995

  • SSL: This setting should be ON for both SMTP and IMAP.
  • Requires Authentication: Yes, or checked. (Use the same settings as my incoming mail server)

 

  1. Forgot Password of Your Roadrunner Email Account

If you have forgotten the password of your Roadrunner email account, you can recover your account by resetting the password for it. To reset the password, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Go to the Password Reset page of the Roadrunner email on your web browser.
  • Once you are on the password reset page, you will need to click on the “I don’t know my email password” option. This will direct you to the next page.
  • On the next page, you will be prompted to enter your Roadrunner email address. So, enter the same in the provided field and complete the Captcha requirement.
