1.) Image Need Hosting Outside

If you wish to add an image to your email, you will first need to upload it to your Web server online. Alternatively, you can also add the image to a photo-sharing website. This is being suggested because Gmail doesn’t allow you to insert HTML directly into the email, so you will need to reference images online instead of attaching them directly in the email.

2.) Create HTML Document

The next step is to create an HTML document using an HTML editor or Notepad. After creating the document, you will need to reference the location of an image online.

3.) Check HTML By Open With Browser

Then, you will need to view the HTML output on your Web browser. As you have created the file on your computer using HTML editor or Notepad, you will need to right-click on the file, select the Open with option, and click on your browser in the list.

4.) Just Copy The Content From Browser

After that, you will need to highlight all of the content on the page (Ctrl+A) that you wish to add to your email in the Gmail account and press Ctrl + C to copy the selection to your clipboard.

5.) Simply Paste In Gmail & Send

Now, open your web browser, sign in to your Gmail account and click on the Compose button to create a new email. Simply Paste (Ctrl+V). The HTML output will appear in the Gmail message.
