Now, follow this Open & Export > Import/Export

Here select Export to a file option

And then, click on Outlook Data File (.pst) in the format you want to save, and then click on Next button

Here you need to select the name of the email account to export; this will get the data from that particular account

You need to make sure that the Include subfolders is checked or selected. So, the account will be exported everything from that particular account including Calendar, Contacts, and Inbox; then select Next button

Then, click on Browse to locate where you want to save the Outlook Data File (.pst) on your computer, also type a file name, and then click OK to move further

In case, if you are exporting to an existing Outlook Data File (.pst), then under Options, you need to specify what should do when exporting items that already exist in the file

Now, click on the Finish button

Once, you are done, the Outlook with start exporting immediately unless a new Outlook Data File (.pst) is created or a password-protected file is used with it
